Grants and Contracts Manager

The Grants and Contracts Manager will manage grants through their life cycle and ensure proper due diligence for all grants and contracts. The manager will research funding opportunities, monitor grant and contract budgets, reporting dates, and renewal dates for all of MICOPs grants and contracts. The manager will work with the finance team, and project managers and supervisors to assure that grants and contracts are meeting their goals, deadlines, and budget requirements.

MILA Program Director

MICOP is currently searching for an experienced Program Manager/Team Lead to provide essential support to the two pillars of the MILA program team (i.e., the Legal Assistance and Outreach and Education) and execute the implementation of a third pillar, “Regional Administration”. Our Regional Administration project fulfills a government contract upwards of 2 million USD, with a grant making portal and oversees four other sub-contracting agencies. The MILA team currently consists of seven support staff across all three programs, and as an experienced program management professional, you will oversee the potential expansion of MILA’s programming to include additional projects and priorities aligned with MICOPs strategic growth.

Database Manager

The Database Manager will build out the Case Management Module of Salesforce to suit the needs of our Program team, as well as develop a grant making portal for our MILA Regional Administration team that serves four sub-contractors. This person should be a self-starter, who can wear multiple hats and enjoys working with large datasets. Initially, the DB Manager will be working 50% with the MILA Regional Administration team to build the grant making portal and 50% with the Executive Team to build a case management module for the program team.
