Organizador/a/e de Abogacía Laboral

Sus responsabilidades incluyen identificar casos de robo de sueldo tanto individuales como colectivos que serán investigados y procesados por el Comisionado Laboral de California. Colaborar estratégica con la oficina del Comisionado Laboral para ampliar la aplicación estratégica, construir y profundizar la asociación comunitaria y pública. El organizador/a/e de Abogacía Laboral construye y fortalece la colaboración con las agencias reguladoras del trabajo de CA y la comunidad de trabajadores agrícolas.

Human Resource Director

MICOP is seeking an experienced and highly accomplished candidate for the newly established role of Human Resources Director for our growing organization of over 100 employees. The HR Director directs human resources functions including employment, compensation, benefits, training, affirmative action/equal employment, employee relations and services in support of organization objectives. The HR Director advises management on labor and other legal issues relative to employment. The HR Director will develop and implement organization-wide policies and programs that will contribute to its overall success. The position may include supervision of staff members that help sustain the HR department.

Grants and Contracts Manager

The Grants and Contracts Manager will manage grants through their life cycle and ensure proper due diligence for all grants and contracts. The manager will research funding opportunities, monitor grant and contract budgets, reporting dates, and renewal dates for all of MICOPs grants and contracts. The manager will work with the finance team, and project managers and supervisors to assure that grants and contracts are meeting their goals, deadlines, and budget requirements.

Database Manager

The Database Manager will build out the Case Management Module of Salesforce to suit the needs of our Program team, as well as develop a grant making portal for our MILA Regional Administration team that serves four sub-contractors. This person should be a self-starter, who can wear multiple hats and enjoys working with large datasets. Initially, the DB Manager will be working 50% with the MILA Regional Administration team to build the grant making portal and 50% with the Executive Team to build a case management module for the program team.
