(Oxnard) Director of Behavioral Wellness

Mixteco/Indigena Community Organizing Project (MICOP) seeks to hire a Director of Behavioral Wellness. The Program Director is responsible for supervising and overseeing the implementation and coordination of all of MICOP’s Behavioral Wellness programs. This position facilitates access to mental health services for the indigenous migrant and Latinx immigrant communities by providing direct mental health support and outreach via MICOP’s behavioral wellness programs (currently funded by the State of California and Ventura County Behavioral Health (VCBH).

Director of Community Organizing - OXNARD OR SANTA MARIA

Mixteco/Indigena Community Organizing Project (MICOP) seeks to hire a Director of Community Organizing. The Director of Community Organizing is responsible for engaging, organizing, leading, and planning the organizing functions at MICOP. The position will oversee projects across different counties and will be responsible for Tequio Youth Group, Labor Justice, Environment Justice, Wage Theft, and WorkForce. The Director of Community Organizing will supervise the organizing department and staff and report directly to the Executive Director.
