Dear MICOP Job Applicants: Thank you for your interest in working at MICOP. Please note that at this time, MICOP is not able to pay for relocation expenses, and we are not able to sponsor work VISAS. To be hired you must be legally authorized to work in the United States and during the initial three days of employment we will complete the I-9 Employment Eligibility Verification process. You will have to provide documentation to prove your eligibility to work. If you are hired, instructions for completing the Employment Eligibility Verification process ( I-9), will be provided during the new hire orientation.

Mixteco/Indígena Community Organizing Project (MICOP) seeks to hire a Program Coordinator for the Doula program in Oxnard, CA. The Indigenous Doula Program Coordinator will coordinate doula services for Indigenous families, including family intakes, Medi-Cal invoicing, and data tracking. They will work closely with the MICOP doula team to ensure they have the necessary resources and support to provide culturally appropriate care
that effectively meets the needs of expectant indigenous mothers and maintains high standards of care and professionalism. The Coordinator will also be responsible for tracking program data to ensure that program goals are being met and producing reports to be shared with program funders and stakeholders.
